Travel Delay
Covers if you or your companion, using common transportation, cannot arrive at the event location within 48 hours before the event.
Medical Conditions
Covers if you or your companion need emergency medical attention for an eligible injury or illness within 30 days prior to the event.
Involuntary Unemployment or Relocation
Covers if you or your companion experience involuntary unemployment or relocation within thirty (30) days before the event, and after the coverage effective date.
Life
Covers if you, an immediate family member, or a companion pass away within 30 days before the event, preventing your attendance.
Pregnancy or Adoption
Covers if you or your companion, within thirty (30) days before the event, experience a pregnancy complication and a doctor certifies in writing that you are unable to attend the event.

1) What is Ticket Purchase Protection insurance?
Ticket Purchase Protection insurance provides financial protection in case you cannot attend an event due to unforeseen circumstances.
2) What is covered in Ticket Purchase Protection insurance?
It reimburses the Insured for the unused Ticket Costs due to losses resulting from sudden and unexpected events. This insurance does not cover conditions or events known to the Insured or companions at the time of purchase. It covers the total purchase amount of the unused tickets, plus other charges.
3) How can I buy Cuvro Ticket Purchase Protection insurance?

a) On the Ticketera confirmation page once you buy the event ticket.

b) After purchase, you will receive an email from Ticketera with instructions on how to buy the insurance.

c) Click the quote button and enter the Ticketera Order ID provided to you. Refer to Ticketera’s confirmation email.

4) Who is eligible?

a) Tickets must be purchased at least 30 days before the event.

b) Must be a resident of Puerto Rico.

c) It applies only to events within Puerto Rico.

5) How is the premium calculated?

The price is based on the base cost of each ticket (before fees and taxes). GREAT NEWS! Even though the premium is calculated before taxes and fees, the coverage DOES include the reimbursement of taxes and fees.

6) Who is the main insured person?

a) The main insured person is the one who purchases the tickets and pays the premium.

b) Other tickets are defined as "Companions."

7) Are companions covered?

Yes.

8) Is the coverage transferable?

No.

9) Where do I submit a claim?

10) What happens if event is cancelled or rescheduled?

If the event is cancelled, we will reimburse you the premium you paid. If the event is rescheduled, your coverage will transfer to the date of the rescheduled event. Same terms and conditions apply.
