a) On the Ticketera confirmation page once you buy the event ticket.
b) After purchase, you will receive an email from Ticketera with instructions on how to buy the insurance.
c) Click the quote button and enter the Ticketera Order ID provided to you. Refer to Ticketera’s confirmation email.
a) Tickets must be purchased at least 30 days before the event.
b) Must be a resident of Puerto Rico.
c) It applies only to events within Puerto Rico.
The price is based on the base cost of each ticket (before fees and taxes). GREAT NEWS! Even though the premium is calculated before taxes and fees, the coverage DOES include the reimbursement of taxes and fees.
a) The main insured person is the one who purchases the tickets and pays the premium.
b) Other tickets are defined as "Companions."

If the event is cancelled, we will reimburse you the premium you paid. If the event is rescheduled, your coverage will transfer to the date of the rescheduled event. Same terms and conditions apply.
